Our vines grow in Kimmeridgean clay-limestone marl made up of myriads of minute fossilized oyster shells called locally terre blanche or white soil.

More than anything else, wine is ripe and healthy grapes.

Out of respect for our terroirs, we practice organic viticulture (soil, environment, fauna).
By working the soil and green harvesting we are able to highlight the terroir and control yields.
